As one of the first brokers to offer insurance options to Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), Bob Barrow founded Barrow Group more than 30 years ago with a narrow focus on the PEO industry. Since that time, Barrow Group has expanded by providing a full range and variety of coverage options to the temporary staffing and film and television industries.

Bob’s latest venture involves building a group captive insurance program to provide alternative risk financing for workers’ compensation and health & benefit insurance.

Bob is a Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Workers’ Compensation Advisor, and a Certified Benefits & Wellness Advisor. He is a member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) and holds a master’s degree from The University of Georgia.

Bob is an avid trombone player.

Charlie Stearns came to Barrow Group with over 14 years of experience in a wide range of health and benefits insurance for the small to large employer market. He developed his client base by helping companies from many different industries solve similar issues surrounding employee benefits.

Charlie takes a consultative approach to understanding client issues and how they all work together to support business objectives. His clients appreciate his ability to incorporate his background in accounting, sales, management, and insurance when reviewing business strategies.

Charlie is one of three hundred to be awarded the Certified Self-Funding Specialist (CSFS) designation. This has provided him with a better understanding of the key components of a self-funded health care plan.

Charlie serves on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Staffing Association. He is a member of ASA, SIA and NAPEO. Charlie has an MBA from the University of Central Florida.

Charlie enjoys doting on his son Jack and new baby, Lola.

Jackie Rosales is an experienced commercial insurance producer who specializes in helping home healthcare and temporary staffing clients understand appropriate coverage considerations. She is dedicated to helping clients improve their risk management programs.

Jackie previously served as an agent at AAA and American Family Insurance. She is licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance.

Jackie has three children and serves as the photographer for the Brookwood High School Lacrosse team. She is also the Chairperson of the Brookwood Elementary hospitality team.
